Getting to the Kaunispään Huippu is easy. The journey from Saariselkä center is only 2 km, which can be covered by walking, car, bicycle, skiing, sled, or snowmobile.
From Highway 4, a winding road leads to the summit through treeless fells.
Ski slopes, a chairlift, and ski tracks bring you right near the summit.
Finland's longest toboggan run is also a winter walking route to the summit.
In summer, walking and cycling routes follow the ski track base.
